My first experience with Crystal was at Ulta, and it was also my first time there. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully she did my eyebrows. I have very sparse eyebrows, and previous professionals would always make them look even thinner. I have been patronizing this salon for the past year. I must give it a single star for various reasons. One of them being the inadequate coloring services. The parking situation is dreadful, and the salon emits a strong, unpleasant burnt odor that hits you even before you step inside. The cleanliness is subpar, and the staff lacks friendliness. Despite my dissatisfaction, I never voice my concerns in hopes of improvement, but unfortunately, each visit disappoints. Even after switching stylists, the results remained unsatisfactory, leading to my decision to cease my visits. Upon reading other reviews, it appears they also respond negatively to feedback online...
