I have just departed from this facility feeling rejuvenated! The physician and physical therapy assistant (Masoud) provided exceptional care during my massage, adjustment, and consultation. I felt entirely secure and well-informed as every aspect of the process was meticulously elucidated. The massage and adjustment were tailored precisely to address my individual requirements.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment; my experience echoes the sentiments expressed in other reviews. Initially, they present themselves as courteous and professional, but once they have received payment, they repeatedly reschedule appointments without notification. Additionally, they persistently push for additional treatments, which I reluctantly agreed to. However, upon arrival, there was insufficient time for the additional treatments, and only one procedure was performed. The staff was discourteous and showed a lack of regard for punctuality. During my first visit for the Morpheus treatment, the outcome was unsatisfactory, with noticeable patches of untreated areas. The individual administering the treatment rushed through the process as they were eager to leave for a personal engagement. Upon sharing images of the botched treatment with the management, they expressed regret and assured me that the responsible party would be dismissed. On my subsequent visit, the individual conducting the Morpheus treatment was pleasant; nevertheless, there was undue haste to complete the session swiftly, despite the substantial sum of over $4000 paid for the service. They consistently overbook appointments and fail to complete procedures thoroughly, suggesting rescheduling for completion at a later date. I am compelled to caution others against patronizing this establishment for any further treatments.
