The scheduling at this place is seriously lacking, they claim it's a 9:30 appointment and it's already 9:52 before I even get started, why do haircut appointments even exist? I understand it wasn't helpful that the lady getting her hair cut kept nitpicking about how things should be done. Despite being a frequent visitor, the fact that I wasn't kept informed or acknowledged, well, I just sat there all day, haha.
I brought my son here in an urgent situation and the three individuals working immediately sprang into action to assist him! Dakota was absolutely fantastic, patient, and kind, providing excellent care for my son's hair. I am truly grateful to them!
The women there are incredibly welcoming and fantastic with my children! Jordan is exceptional! She did a phenomenal job on my hair and had a wealth of knowledge about what I needed. I adore my hair and would give a 10-star rating if possible! I will definitely bring my sons back there and return myself as well! Thank you, Jordan!
