The scheduling at this place is seriously lacking, they claim it's a 9:30 appointment and it's already 9:52 before I even get started, why do haircut appointments even exist? I understand it wasn't helpful that the lady getting her hair cut kept nitpicking about how things should be done. Despite being a frequent visitor, the fact that I wasn't kept informed or acknowledged, well, I just sat there all day, haha.About
