Birch Family Pharmacy

I have frequented this drugstore for over two years, and I must say, the service here is consistently excellent and supportive. The majority of the staff members are exceptionally pleasant and helpful whenever I have inquiries regarding my medications or any other concerns. However, each time I visit, there is one pharmacy technician named Riley who consistently displays rudeness and disrespect. I cannot in good conscience award this pharmacy a five-star rating as long as this individual remains employed here or fails to improve his demeanor. Whenever I discuss this pharmacy with my acquaintances and others who patronize it, simply mentioning "the young man who is always impolite" immediately identifies Riley. It is quite telling when numerous individuals can pinpoint this same employee based on such a description. Riley's behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. When you approach him with questions, he often responds with eye-rolls and behaves as though your requests are a nuisance, even the simple task of dispensing medication may seem like a burden to him. Exercise caution when dealing with this employee at the pharmacy.
