After thorough research, I chose this place for my ear piercing. However, upon arrival, the lady attending to customers seemed uninterested. When I mentioned my request, she responded dismissively and seemed bothered. As my son innocently touched the glass, she scolded him for making a mess, citing her lack of assistance. Feeling unwelcome, I left without a word. Her indifferent attitude and lack of customer service skills were disappointing. Fortunately, I found a more kid-friendly establishment for my piercing needs. If customer interactions are a challenge, perhaps a different profession would be more suitable. Sadly, this place lost a potential customer due to her demeanor.
