I usually have a positive experience at this place, but today I was attended to by a new individual. I went in for a clean up and ended up with no improvement to my brows and a cut on my eyelid. To top it off, she had the audacity to blame me for the cut, claiming I had "moved too much" even though I was perfectly still as usual.
Awful experience today at this establishment. The person who attended to me seemed like the manager. The lighting in the room was poor and she was very rough with my eyebrows, cutting too close to my eye and being overly aggressive.
I can be quite particular and demanding when it comes to my eyebrows. Evana handled me with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She took my feedback well and didn't seem offended. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
