Leah, the supervisor, is an exceptional employee. Always guiding us on our selections, she provided my fiancé and me with our wedding bands, as well as my daughter's first necklace and earrings. I am deeply dismayed by a purchase I made while in Phoenix, Arizona on 12/20. The item I believed to be gold turned out to be stainless steel upon closer inspection of the receipt. Neither of the barcodes on the product match any entries on my receipt, indicating that I did not receive the item I paid for. Although one product was accurate, I was charged $70 for an item that does not meet the promised quality. As a resident of Wisconsin, I was holiday shopping for myself, and it was only after using one of the items that I realized the discrepancy in the charges.
