Upon arriving at the salon just before my wedding, I was in dire need of fixing a botched nail job from another establishment. Brenda came to my rescue, displaying kindness and care as she painstakingly soaked off the previous nails to prevent further damage. She devoted ample time to find the perfect color and chrome combination that matched the picture I had in mind. I am immensely grateful for her efforts in rectifying my nails for such a significant occasion. Brenda has earned our loyalty, and we will be returning to her for future nail services.
I accompanied my son to this salon for a nail service, and it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The technician assigned to do my son's gel polish was clearly inexperienced, resulting in a shoddy nail job. While I was satisfied with my pedicure and nail service, my son was on the verge of tears as he examined his nails. When I inquired if he liked them, he hesitantly replied that they were fine, all the while nearly in tears. The technician even tried to shift blame to his cuticles for the uneven polish application. Upon requesting a fix, she insisted on charging extra to remove and reapply the polish. Despite the incomplete work, the total bill amounted to $230 for two pedicures, two full sets, and one unfinished fill-in. We have had our nails done at various places without issue before, but this experience was truly disappointing. I have decided never to return to this salon.
I was shocked to discover that a simple solar nail fill-in cost a staggering $60 at this salon. Previously, I had paid only $55 for a full solar set, so the explanation of "two colors" for the higher price seemed unjustified. Moreover, I was informed over the phone that the fill-in would cost $25, adding to my disappointment. Despite being a regular customer who always tipped generously, I felt like I was being overcharged on this occasion. The quality of the work was also subpar, with uneven nail lengths and inconsistencies. Gloria, who typically does my nails and toes, delivers superior results compared to the owners. For those who decide to visit this salon, I recommend asking for Gloria's services. However, as for me, I will be exploring other nail salons moving forward.
