This has been the most abysmal customer service encounter I've ever faced! I had made a highlight appointment a week prior, only to arrive and be informed, after a 15-minute wait, that they had run out of lightening products. This crucial information could have been communicated before my arrival or even during the booking process. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also inconvenienced me as I had taken time off work and was traveling the next day.
