I have frequented this salon for years and have tried various services such as acrylics, gel, dip, pedicures, and more. Each visit has been consistently pleasant. I find their pricing fair, and the service is efficient, friendly, and professional. I always anticipate my appointments here! I utilize a mix of walk-ins and scheduled appointments. It is beneficial to book in advance for dip services as they have limited staff for that specialty.
I have been a patron of All Nails & Spa for over two years now. The proprietor and staff exude kindness and warmth. They not only remember my name but also personal details, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like visiting friends during my nail services. The gel polish application consistently lasts beyond two weeks, and the newly acquired pedicure chairs and nail stations enhance the overall relaxation during my visits.
I have been frequenting this establishment for the past year and have always left satisfied. However, today's visit was quite disappointing. I specifically requested the same ivory/white French manicure that I have had done over 10 times at this salon. Unfortunately, I was not attended to by the usual technician. Instead, a new male employee performed the service and the result was subpar. My nails have streaks, which typically requires 4 coats with a sheer base. Despite my explanation, he was uncooperative and argumentative. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he remained dismissive. I even mentioned that I would not be returning. Surprisingly, the owner was nearby, engrossed in her phone and did not intervene. I have been a loyal customer, spending a significant amount of money and tipping generously, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
