Terrible customer service experience. My appointment was canceled last minute. I had scheduled a prenatal massage for my first Mother's Day, along with my mom's massage. They suggested putting me on a waitlist in case those who didn't confirm their appointments didn't show up. Why should my appointment not be a priority over those who didn't confirm, like I did? Very disappointed. This has been the most abysmal customer service encounter I've ever faced! I had made a highlight appointment a week prior, only to arrive and be informed, after a 15-minute wait, that they had run out of lightening products. This crucial information could have been communicated before my arrival or even during the booking process. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also inconvenienced me as I had taken time off work and was traveling the next day.
