It's been a few months since I had my eyebrows done with powdered/micro pigmentation, and they still look fantastic! I am thrilled with how natural they appear. Mindy is truly exceptional at what she does! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She is incredibly professional and sweet. I have visited this salon twice. The first time, Alex was extremely friendly and did an excellent job on my pedicure. However, during my second visit for a dip on my nails, I had the male technician. I chose a lovely pink color, but halfway through, I noticed they appeared orange. He acknowledged the error and mentioned they would look pink after buffing. Unfortunately, they remained an unappealing orange hue. He had to remove the color and start over. When I went to wash my hands, he disappeared and Alex took over the service.
She advised me to check the color after the first nail next time. I felt blamed and she didn't engage with me as she applied the new color. How was this my fault???
