Absolutely adore my pedicures at this spot!! The ladies always deliver exceptional results and the establishment is consistently spotless. It's baffling to see negative feedback about the same place because I've been a loyal patron for quite some time and have always had fantastic experiences.
Ever since relocating from Oregon, it's been a challenge to find a nail salon and technician who truly gets my style. Alex, my tech, is top-notch. The setting is impeccably clean and sanitized, The team is incredibly courteous and inviting. Without a doubt, I'll be a repeat customer.
My experience here was abysmal. They nickel and dime for every little thing but fail to deliver on your expectations. It had been at least half a year since my last visit, but I used to be a regular for pedicures and occasional full sets. The lady working on my toes ended up cutting me multiple times and attempted to conceal it, so I only noticed the severity once I got home. My toe was incredibly irritated and my foot was throbbing by then. I even brought a friend along, thinking we'd receive excellent service, but they botched her nails too. While I was aware they were on the pricier side, I was willing to choose them as a backup since I'd never had a bad experience. This time around was a disaster, and I have no intention of returning.
