Avoid booking with her at all costs. She never honors appointment times, making clients wait endlessly. It's disrespectful to disregard people's time. Despite scheduling a 1 PM slot, I arrived early at 12:45 PM only to find her occupied with another client until 1:05 PM. She then attended to someone who had just arrived, displaying unethical business practices. Hopefully, she reads these reviews and learns to value her clients' time, or else she'll lose business. Clients deserve respect for their punctuality and effort in booking appointments.
Stumbled upon this place accidentally, but it's become my go-to spot ever since! Mai's skills are exceptional!
She's an incredibly talented hair stylist. In just 20 minutes, she transformed my hair into a work of art. Her technical skills are top-notch, and I'm truly grateful to have discovered this gem of a salon.
