I have visited twice and so far I am pleased with the salon. On my initial visit, Victoria did my nails and they turned out fantastic, she did a superb job. Avoid booking with her at all costs. She never honors appointment times, making clients wait endlessly. It's disrespectful to disregard people's time. Despite scheduling a 1 PM slot, I arrived early at 12:45 PM only to find her occupied with another client until 1:05 PM. She then attended to someone who had just arrived, displaying unethical business practices. Hopefully, she reads these reviews and learns to value her clients' time, or else she'll lose business. My visit to Monarch salon was fantastic. I received a conditioning treatment, haircut, and styling session. Addison was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that I left with the look I desired. Managing my thick, curly hair can be a challenge, but she handled it with expertise. My hair feels amazing, and as soon as I left the salon, I received compliments from two people. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I've frequented this nail salon for a couple of years now. Typically, I am pleased with the service and the outcome. However, today was a different story. I clearly communicated to the technician that the shade of pink she used was too dark for my liking, but she continued anyway. I had previously received the same design here and loved it.
