Exceptional service! The salon is impeccably clean and the staff is meticulous in their work. I have had three fantastic fill appointments here and it remains my go-to nail salon for a reason.

The service here is too hasty, with a lack of proper disinfection of both customer's hands, the technicians' hands, and the workstations after each service. The multitasking approach of working on multiple clients simultaneously raises concerns about hygiene. It seems like the focus is solely on making money rather than prioritizing health and safety. This negligence could easily lead to the transmission of diseases. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of communication with customers, leaving me very dissatisfied 😠.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING!*💥 My family and I have been patrons of this establishment for many years. At the age of 13, I decided to try acrylic nails for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. Despite being gentle with my hands during my trip to California, all my nails fell off within four days. This year, I returned for another set of acrylic nails, which took nearly three hours to complete. Multiple technicians worked on my nails, but it felt rushed. The end result was uneven nails, a messed-up thumb polish, and, disappointingly, one nail popped off less than two days later while I was opening a car door. I handle my hands delicately, so this outcome was unexpected. My advice: save your money! If you do visit, I would not recommend getting acrylic nails here.
