We were in town for a break and decided on a last-minute girl's day with my 8-year-old granddaughter. We called the day before and they agreed to do hair and makeup for my granddaughter to "Barbie her up" so we could end with the Barbie movie. Everyone was friendly and sweet. Dana was kind, sweet, and gentle with my granddaughter, who talks a lot...like A LOT. She never lost her cool and asked for her opinion throughout. My girl loves bright blue, so I was expecting something wild, but the result was extra beautiful without being over-the-top. I'd recommend this place over and over. Dana went above and beyond, even giving my girl extra stuff without charge. The two were fun to watch, with Dana asking questions and explaining the makeup process. It was a perfect start to a great girls' day. Review wouldn't let me add a picture, but she looks absolutely beautiful.
I had no bad times until they switched spots. Though all were quite nice, my stylist sucked up my new earring with a vacuum!! The lady who did my brows tore off the top of one. They're not even, one's pointy while the other's thinner than paper. Maybe get a proper brow chair or bed. I won't return.
Highly suggest! I've gone for years and only good things to say. Today, they also hosted my daughter's Girl Scout Troop and cut all their hair for donation. The staff was amazing with the girls and they LOVED their cuts!!!
