I stumbled upon this establishment after relocating here just over 2 years ago, still making the trek to Georgia; a journey of 4 to 5 hours with added expenses. Hearing glowing reviews about a new salon, I decided to give it a shot. Oh my goodness! After 4 hours and $300 poorer, my hair was a complete disaster. That's how I found myself at this establishment, in dire need of a wig! With my upcoming wedding, there's no way I'm letting a single photo be taken with my hair in its current state. I managed to find a suitable wig with the assistance of a lady there. I confided in her about my struggle to find competent nail and hair professionals since moving here. She mentioned they had both hairdressers and a nail technician on site, and I thought, "Well, I'm already a mess, they can't make it worse." Thus, I scheduled an appointment for a nail service, wig styling, and makeup application for the big day. Yesterday, I met Yolanda... I can attest that there is a higher power! She truly excels at nail care! I cannot praise her enough. As a bonus, she will be handling my makeup on the wedding day, and I have full confidence in her skills. If you're like me, still navigating the area and struggling to find reliable professionals for nails, waxing, or microblading, you absolutely must give her a try. You won't be disappointed!
Today, my parent visited on 5/3 for a basic lace front installation for my disabled sibling's 21st birthday. The service was provided by Tee, who supposedly has over 30 years of experience in the hair industry. However, the lace install was subpar and not worth the $150 my parent paid, plus the tip. The lace was unevenly cut, not dyed or blended with the skin, and there was wig glue residue below the lace. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone claiming such extensive experience in cosmetology. It's outrageous and disappointing that they would charge for such a service that they wouldn't accept for themselves or their own family.
Exceptional customer service, impeccable organization, and a friendly atmosphere! Truly the best experience. My hair and nails turned out stunning!
