My account was all set up, and I had an appointment there in just 15 minutes after calling! The fantastic girl Kaitlyn who did my hair is a true artist! I can’t stop admiring my hair. We were in town for a break and decided on a last-minute girl's day with my 8-year-old granddaughter. We called the day before and they agreed to do hair and makeup for my granddaughter to "Barbie her up" so we could end with the Barbie movie. Everyone was friendly and sweet. Dana was kind, sweet, and gentle with my granddaughter, who talks a lot...like A LOT. She never lost her cool and asked for her opinion throughout. My girl loves bright blue, so I was expecting something wild, but the result was extra beautiful without being over-the-top. I'd recommend this place over and over. Dana went above and beyond, even giving my girl extra stuff without charge. The two were fun to watch, with Dana asking questions and explaining the makeup process. It was a perfect start to a great girls' day. I stumbled upon this establishment after relocating here just over 2 years ago, still making the trek to Georgia; a journey of 4 to 5 hours with added expenses. Hearing glowing reviews about a new salon, I decided to give it a shot. Oh my goodness! After 4 hours and $300 poorer, my hair was a complete disaster. That's how I found myself at this establishment, in dire need of a wig! With my upcoming wedding, there's no way I'm letting a single photo be taken with my hair in its current state. I managed to find a suitable wig with the assistance of a lady there. I confided in her about my struggle to find competent nail and hair professionals since moving here. She mentioned they had both hairdressers and a nail technician on site, and I thought, "Well, I'm already a mess, they can't make it worse." Thus, I scheduled an appointment for a nail service, wig styling, and makeup application for the big day. Yesterday, I met Yolanda... I can attest that there is a higher power! She truly excels at nail care! I cannot praise her enough. As a bonus, she will be handling my makeup on the wedding day, and I have full confidence in her skills.
