I can’t say enough positive things about Brooke. We came in for a haircut for my elderly uncle who has Down’s Syndrome, so he is not quite the easiest client. She was patient, professional, thorough and kind. She put him at ease and engaged him in each decision in the process. It was really impressive, and the result has him feeling very handsome!
I went in with my wife for haircuts. She always has Laurie do her hair, and she always looks beautiful. I used Deanna for the first time and she will now be my new hair dresser moving forward. My hair looks really sharp and the wife says it’s hot!
Actually it should be Lisa Martin When in to get a shampoo and a blow out and I signed. There were 3 people waiting so I waited until my time. Then 2 people walked in and sat down. I noticed that when I signed in there were a couple of names towards the top of the list that were not scratched off. I did not think anything about it until they got called before me. So when she called one of the two that walked in I said that I have been waiting. The guy got up and said we called in 59 minutes ago. So, my concern is how fair is that, so I can call at 9 and when I get there at 11 they have to take me in front of everyone that is sitting and waiting. When I did stand up and say I am sorry this is just wrong in so many ways, because there is no way for me to know how long the wait time is because anyone that called in walks in at their convenience and the rest that are sitting there waiting just have to continue to wait. I am sorry but if they get to your name and you are not there too bad your name should go to the bottom of the page. I have been there several times and have never been treated like that. I will not ever go back that is the worst customer service ever.
