This establishment lacks professionalism. They seem to selectively prioritize certain clients, showing indifference to those they are unfamiliar with. Stacey, who was initially scheduled to style my hair for prom, canceled a mere 12 hours before my appointment. Subsequently, Rhonda, the replacement stylist, rescheduled at a time that didn't suit me. Upon my late arrival, I discovered she had abruptly left the salon. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking prom or wedding hair services, unless you're prepared to scramble for a new salon mere hours before your event.
The employees here are not adhering to mask mandates and have expressed their refusal to comply with state regulations. Moreover, they are not diligently sanitizing to safeguard their clientele. Given that hair salons were forced to close for nearly two months, one would expect them to follow the necessary protocols to remain operational. Their short-sighted approach is concerning.
With a history of over two decades at Studio 4 the Salon, I eagerly anticipate another 20 years. My time at Studio 4 is always delightful, thanks to the individuals who manage it and the other customers who frequent the establishment. The quality individuals I encounter during each visit make this place special, particularly in light of the challenges we've faced over the past 2.5 years. Studio 4 has become significant to me not just for the services it provides, but more so for the connections I forge there.
