This must be a prank! I visited the salon to inquire about the cost of a root touch up and toner. The receptionist seemed clueless and had to consult two other employees who were idling. It took them a good 5 minutes to provide me with a price of $190. I was shocked and asked if that was just for the root touch up and toner. When I inquired about the cost of just the root touch up, the receptionist seemed exasperated, went back to consult again, and after another 5 minutes of uncertainty, I decided to leave. Save your time and money, folks.
