This establishment lacks professionalism. They seem to selectively prioritize certain clients, showing indifference to those they are unfamiliar with. Stacey, who was initially scheduled to style my hair for prom, canceled a mere 12 hours before my appointment. Subsequently, Rhonda, the replacement stylist, rescheduled at a time that didn't suit me. Upon my late arrival, I discovered she had abruptly left the salon.
