I assist two elderly ladies, aged 101 and 99, who had appointments today for hair and pedicure services. We arrived at 2 o'clock and were finished by 3:30. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of Tammy and Olivia in completing the services promptly. I was initially concerned about the weather conditions, but they managed to finish before the freezing weather set in. They even helped my friends, Alice and Betty, to the car with an umbrella. I cherish the opportunity to aid my friends, but I am grateful for the assistance provided by Tammy and Olivia.
