Had a great first experience at this spa. The place is clean, and Neibis was extremely helpful in answering all my queries. I will definitely return, despite the distance from my home. The commute is worth it for the service provided!
My spouse and I tried a treatment at this spa but faced issues with scheduling for lipotropic shots. Despite being told no appointment was needed, we were denied treatment multiple times. I tried to cancel and speak to a supervisor about the employee's behavior, but received no response. Some staff members were rude, which is unacceptable. I used to drive 45 minutes every Saturday for treatment, but due to the lack of respect and poor communication, I will not be returning.
WARNING: Avoid getting a peeling treatment at this spa if you have sensitive skin! I had a bad experience where my skin got burned after the process. The spa staff didn't assess my skin beforehand and simply said it's part of the process. I've been spending money on creams to heal my skin and lost out on work opportunities due to this. Very disappointed with their service.
