I typically don't just walk into any salon as not many can handle my locks. However, this salon was a pleasant surprise; I adored every aspect of my hair thanks to the proprietor. The prices are also very reasonable! I will definitely return; I adore how she makes mine and my daughter's hair so soft and lustrous.
What an incredible experience, I was quite anxious and uncertain. Genevieve was exceptionally patient and kind towards me. I desired a new hue and it had been a while; she dedicated her time and made me feel absolutely fantastic. This is the place to visit when you are prepared for an enhancement!
I underwent a Brazilian blowout here. I have had this procedure done thrice before at different locations. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the explanations provided by the proprietor. My hair lacks shine and is not free of frizz. I believe the process was not executed correctly. I never faced any issues with the previous three Brazilian blowouts I had elsewhere. The proprietor's only suggestion was to use the Brazilian blowout shampoo and conditioner. I never used these products with my previous treatments. I utilize professional salon products on my hair that are chemical-free. I felt the proprietor could have taken steps to address the problem. All she offered was to return the next day for another blowout, which would not resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this service. I did not anticipate a full reimbursement but it would have been appreciated to redo the procedure. As I mentioned, I had three treatments before and encountered no problems with them or the post-care. They actually lasted me over six months.
