I have been visiting Elegance since 2005 and I am extremely content with their services. The team here are very friendly, welcoming and very professional at all times. They always make you feel at ease and at home. They take pride in cleanliness. I have had numerous manicures, spa pedicures, massages and can only applaud their work. Alex, Chloe, Sunny, Julia and Dana are fantastic! I can honestly say that I always leave extremely content and rate them a perfect 10+!
My brother in law just came back from there and he is FURIOUS. Apparently they don't do intricate designs or ombre They gave him a plain blue color and even though it's acrylic. His nails came out uneven and it is noticeable. He has decided to visit another salon later today to get them redone. I don't know where that high rating is at but please folks choose wisely.
It is 5 stars depending on who you go to! I’ve had negative experiences with my initial pedicure and manicure but Alex was very attentive and made sure I was content when I left. Dana is amazing! You won’t find me with anyone else but her and I am always content with her because she is a perfectionist and takes her time with you. Thank you for your service. I was close to not returning TWICE and if it weren’t for Alex and Dana.
