I have been visiting Elegance since 2005 and I am extremely content with their services. The team here are very friendly, welcoming and very professional at all times. They always make you feel at ease and at home. They take pride in cleanliness. I have had numerous manicures, spa pedicures, massages and can only applaud their work. Alex, Chloe, Sunny, Julia and Dana are fantastic! Sabrina is the most delightful waxer I have come across in the Bronx. I am eternally thankful for discovering her. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. Her studio is immaculate and her communication is excellent. Beyond welcoming & beyond amazing! Speaking for all the individuals who work there! I was receiving massages elsewhere where it was very disorganized and I switched to Silhouette in February/March and I wouldn’t have the results I have now if it weren’t for the individuals here! Their communication skills and how organized they are is the best. Wouldn’t trade them for anything. Currently receiving massages with Alex and they are soooo good! Always sharing knowledge with me. I typically don't just walk into any salon as not many can handle my locks. However, this salon was a pleasant surprise; I adored every aspect of my hair thanks to the proprietor. The prices are also very reasonable!
