The Venetian Nail Spa London Square

This place is a gem! When we first walked in we were instantly greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk with a smile. We informed him that we wanted pedicures and he proceeded to show us a brochure of different pedicures and their prices. We chose the classic 35$ pedicure. We were offered complimentary beverages like soda/water/ or wine. Taylor did mine and she was so precise and detailed. She took her time and was very sweet and professional. She helped us pick out our colors from a very organized wall of nail colors and made sure to give us exactly what we wanted. She gave me a foot massage that gave me goosebumps…so relaxing that you can’t help but smile throughout the process. Everyone here is so sweet and helpful! The customer service here is top tier! The massage chair was next level- nothing like I’ve ever seen or felt before. The hot towels on my legs made me never want to leave. Taylor was so fast and efficient. This place has such a fancy atmosphere it feels like you’re in a movie. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable and well taken care of like how I felt at Venetian Nail Spa in London Square. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Ask for Taylor!!!

I tried this place for the first time today. It's excellent. The place is absolutely beautiful, impeccable, spa music, sea life videos on the walls, the decoration is exquisite. I didn't know any tech there, they assigned me Taylor. She was super professional and nice and her technique is amazing. She's so precise applying the nail polish, she doesn't need to clean the slides and my hands and feet are perfect, never seen something like that. The customer service is top notch, from the moment you arrive greeted by the owner until you leave. I've been looking for a place like this for a while, I've been going to so many salons where they have ruined my nails and don't care. Prices are reasonable and so worth to pay. I did my appointment by chat late last night, couldn't believe the availability! They have a lot of technicians. Absolutely recommend The Venetian Nail Spa. Going back there for sure, already made my next appointment.

Time and time again they never fail to disappoint! The team at this location is very sweet and super helpful. I feel at home when I come to get my nails done. I always go with Alex for my nails, and he has been the one to basically nurse my nails back to health and break me out of my comfort zone with colors! Thank you to the amazing staff here for always being so welcoming. 🫶🏻
