Horrible establishment! Awful manager! Racist and impolite. I'd rate -100 if I could.
My hair cascades just past my waist, 4 inches needed to be trimmed. Stylist suggests layers for a lighter look. Suddenly, 8 inches are gone, lacking blending. Length now skims my shoulder blades. Only solace: it will GROW back. 😭 Maybe by next year 😱😭
If this review focused solely on Heather, it'd earn five stars—she's a true gem. However, my hair was tended to by another stylist while Heather worked on my wife's locks. She didn't introduce herself, but I checked my receipt and her name was Sydney. Throughout, she was rude and curt. Her first words were, "Your hair is quite flaky!" A harsh comment, especially if I'm battling mental health issues. She then criticized my ends, insinuating damage. I mentioned I wanted minimal trimming despite knowing of slight damage. She retorted, condescendingly, that it wasn't just a little damage. Her tone mirrored high school mean girls. I voiced my discomfort, and she fell silent. My wife's birthday treat was the reason for my visit. Thankfully, Heather excelled, boosting my wife's spirits. The other stylist should be dismissed; reading other negative reviews, it's likely the same person. Lack of greeting, even after complimenting her ghostly pants. Heather, in the same pants, greeted us warmly. If you battle anxiety or mental health issues, avoid this place—it's a confidence crusher. I'm still haunted by the experience 24 hours later.
