Amazing service! I always enjoy getting my nails and pedicure done here. They never fail to meet my high standards.
I was a loyal customer for over 2 years, but this week I was greatly disappointed when the owner overcharged me by $29. He used to charge $40 for Shellac and $40 for a pedicure. Additionally, they offer a loyalty card where you receive a stamp for each service, with a free manicure or pedicure after collecting 10 stamps. However, this time I was only offered a 50% discount. I have noticed a decline in their clientele, and now I understand why. I will not be returning to this salon. 👎💅😕
I visited a nail salon and requested a simple French tip with coffin shape. I was informed that only one technician could do acrylics. They applied the white tips too high on my nails, and when I asked for them to be lowered, my request was ignored. Upon returning to have them fixed, the technician rushed through the process and failed to apply a top coat after attaching a rhinestone. I chose not to complain and simply left. I would not recommend this salon to others.
