Last Sunday, I had my gel nails done. By Tuesday, the polish was already chipping off. I went back to have it fixed and was charged $20 for the poor quality polish. I won't be returning.
I went on Monday and it's only Thursday, yet one of my nails is already cracked. The process was painful, I bled, and the nail technician kept stopping to attend to her own nails. My nails have black dots and some are crooked. Initially, there were streaks on my nails which were painted over. Polish is all around my nails. The technician was rude and laughed when I told her she was hurting me, only saying "sorry". Extremely unsatisfactory service and customer treatment. I will never return.
My first visit here was great. The staff was friendly, did a fantastic job on my nails, and it was done quickly. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in this area ❤️
