The debit/credit card machines at this location are consistently out of order. It is incredibly inconvenient to visit the store, then have to use an ATM, pay a fee, and return for purchases. I relocated to this town three months ago, and this store is the closest option in this small community. The perpetual card machine issues are unacceptable.
This store declined to sell me a grocery item even though I had cash in hand. The clerk insisted the price would be $3.00 with tax, not the marked $2.45. Are food taxes in Georgia truly that high? Perhaps she harbors a disdain for seniors. Despite my attempts to contact the store, they refuse to answer the phone. I used to frequent this store weekly, but not anymore.
The store is unkempt, with empty and disorganized shelves. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, and there are frequent issues with the registers. The store's quality deteriorated significantly after James left.
