Pharmacy is a joke. My wife has auto refill on an important medicine with them. I always have to fight because it's never ready when needed. This causes my wife pain and discomfort for days until it is filled. Their answer? We don't auto refill name brand medicine. Why allow me to auto refill if you don't do it. Then it causes billing issues if I try to fill elsewhere because they literally are holding my order hostage. Despise this Target. And yes the pharmacy reps are mostly rude.
I've not been to the Target in Miami FL on E 5th Ave in years and now I see why!! I gave it 2 stars because at least one person was there to work yesterday. I went to pick up a photo order that was mistakenly left and was greeted by 4 employees- one working, the other 3 on their cell phones!! The 3 on their phones never once looked up. The only one there to work waited on me, thanks to her. I quit going there because the service was horrible and I see it hasn't changed! People depend on pharmacies every day, and I see they can't depend on this one. We are seeing more and more pharmacies closing lately and this one would not be missed if it closed!!! Do better Target!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never in my life seen such rude, lazy people in the pharmacy. They have no answers to anything and too lazy to ask. This will definitely be the last time I use this pharmacy. Do better, Target.
