My worst experience at a nail salon. I left with two cuticles bleeding. I expected a spa pedicure but only got a wipe with a warm towel on my legs and feet, without wrapping them. Not happy at all.
My sister and I arrived quite late near closing time, and the place was bustling with people due to a dance event. Despite this, they welcomed us with smiles and were very informative from the moment we walked in. They even stayed past closing to accommodate us and made us feel truly welcomed. The service for my nails was excellent, the prices were fair, and they took their time without being rough. The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed it so much that we're bringing our daughters today. My photos don't do justice - you should try them yourself, you'll love it too.
I visited this place a few days ago for a pedicure and manicure. The staff were very friendly. I haven't had my foot done professionally since I became an amputee 10 years ago. I am self-conscious but still tough. I don't mind being looked at or laughed at, but not in a schoolyard manner. I felt embarrassed because of the looks, language, and laughter that seemed directed at me. One leg is fine for me, having an ugly foot in a nail salon is okay, but speaking in your native language and then laughing at clients is just rude. Especially when you look directly at them afterward. I am too embarrassed to try this again for a while.
