This location is dreadful, not only is it unsightly but the wait times are excruciatingly long, stretching into hours. Additionally, some of the employees display a significant lack of courtesy.
I am disheartened by the negative feedback about this facility. It stands as one of the rare doctors' offices in Thibodaux that accepts Medicaid. Despite the high volume of patients and resultant wait times, I have never witnessed the staff not fully invested in patient well-being. At times, it seems they may be stretched thin, but they always manage to fulfill the necessary tasks. Thank you, ladies, some of us truly value your efforts.
It appears that the lobby is less crowded, leading to a somewhat quicker flow of patients. The staff consistently exude warmth, smiles, and are exceedingly helpful.
