I visited the salon with a specific design in mind, but they informed me they couldn't fulfill it. I decided to give them a chance and opted for acrylic nails with gel polish. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The nail technician not only caused me to bleed but also applied two of my nails crookedly. After just three days, one of the nails began to lift, despite my instructions to avoid placing them too close to or thickly near my cuticles. I will not be returning.
The establishment was lovely. They graciously accommodated me and my friends even though they were nearing closing time. The team displayed a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Avoid wasting your money here! I visited this place because my usual salon was closed, and I missed my appointment the day before. This salon is unclean and lacks hygiene. Although the technician removed my powder gel polish nicely, I am only giving it 2 stars because he cut my cuticles excessively, causing bleeding. The regular nail polish application was of poor quality, forcing me to redo it at home. I was dissatisfied with the place and their service. The sink was filled with water and clogged, and the sterilizing machine was not in use; instead, it was being used to store other items. Overall, a disappointing experience. I will not return. Despite this, I still tipped the technician for removing my powder nails well, but the nail polish application was subpar.
