🚫🚫 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY 🚫🚫 THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PRICEY AND FILLED WITH INEXPERIENCED STAFF. Visited once 5 years back and now I recall why I stayed away. Went in today for Mother's Day treat, full of anticipation. The individual doing my pedicure handed me a brochure with options. Opted for the Tea Tree Pedicure at $33. Asked for hot water, but it wasn't warm. Mentioned it was cold, she warmed it slightly. Neglected cleaning under nails or cutting cuticles thoroughly. Another lady took over for nails. Relaxed for foot massage. Total bill was $109. Left a $10 tip. An extra $19 for gel, usually $10 elsewhere. Paid $119 for subpar pedicure in cold water and amateurish nail work. Manager Sherlene disputed my complaints. Refused refund, instead attempted to fix nails over previous work. Suggested removing misleading photos from window display. No apology, just excuses. Disappointed with lack of professionalism and high prices for unsatisfactory service. Improve or lose customers. Personally, won't return. Disappointing Mother's Day experience.
As a male, pleased with pedicures. Enjoyed massage techniques. Opted for regular pedicure at $23. Next time, will request shine for nails.

Rushed acrylic application, resulting in uneven surface. Request for fix ignored, no assistance provided. Disappointed with rushed, unsatisfactory nail work. Previous instances of rushed service noted, but today's disrespect solidifies decision to never return.
