10/10 experience. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Zel. They possess remarkable expertise and work with great purpose. I was truly amazed throughout my entire session. Their pricing is EXCEPTIONAL. I arrived a bit overly caffeinated for my appointment, causing my mind and heart to race. Without me mentioning it, Zel worked their incredible magic and swiftly calmed me down within moments before starting the massage. They intuitively understand your needs without verbal cues. Their work is genuinely purposeful, a skill not many massage therapists possess. I will certainly return!!!
My experience was unsatisfactory. I paid $70 for a 60-minute massage and only received 30 minutes, with the therapist adding a $22 tip without my consent. I attempted to communicate with her, but she only communicated via phone as she did not speak English. Other customers were present and left upon witnessing the situation. I will not be returning for massages in Texas city.
Zel is absolutely wonderful. I visited for a deep tissue massage, and they could discern where I required extra focus. They have a delightful demeanor and keep you informed about the process so you're never surprised. I highly recommend them. I plan to return for reflexology and more deep tissue massages. Thank you for the relief provided!
