If I could rate this place lower than zero, I would. I strongly advise against getting any services here. The individual named Riley took payment and only completed half of the hair styling for my niece. Despite this, she refused to provide a refund. !!!!!AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint regarding this unacceptable service.
The knotless braids my relative got cost $300 due to the length of her natural hair. However, the price is not the reason for the one-star rating. The stylist's attitude was unprofessional, as she spoke loudly on the phone throughout the entire session and made inappropriate comments about other clients present. My relative experienced several uncomfortable moments during her time with Diana. The parting was uneven, and the overall look was messy. People expect African braiding to be precise and uniform, which was not the case here.
I will never return to this salon after receiving a subpar feed-in braid ponytail. The person who styled my hair was extremely impolite. I had my hair done last Friday and it looks like a disaster. When I called to speak with the owner, Alex, she mentioned that she didn't personally work on my hair but her sister did, who was also rude over the phone. Initially, I was told to come in on Thursday at 2:30, but later received a call changing it to Friday at 12:30. After being treated rudely on the phone and being told that my hair concerns were not their problem, I decided not to return and will not recommend this salon to anyone.
