It pains me to have to pen this review, especially knowing the struggles small businesses have faced in the past year. However, I believe it's crucial to share my experience to assist others. I scheduled an appointment for a fill, and upon arrival at the salon, it was evident that the technician lacked experience working with acrylics. She repeatedly used the wrong tools, requiring constant correction from another technician on the floor. While I understand everyone must start somewhere, it was inappropriate for them to assign this individual, with no prior experience, to do my nails, especially after I had made a specific appointment for the service. The appointment lasted 2 HOURS!!! Unfortunately, most of my nails are now crooked. Despite my polite attempts to point out the issue during the appointment, the technician's continued use of the wrong tools prevented her from rectifying the situation, and I eventually gave up. I was charged the full price for this appointment, which is completely unacceptable, particularly considering my dissatisfaction and the excessive duration of the appointment. If you have acrylic nails, I recommend either scheduling with an experienced technician you trust or seeking services elsewhere.

Moira was astounding. I had experienced this same treatment a year ago and had no issues, but this time felt much more soothing and she really concentrated on my pores during the cleansing process. Everyone is consistently kind and pleasant. Always a place I suggest.

Kim has been my go-to stylist for over a decade. I have consistently been satisfied with the quality of service, whether it's waxing, perming, or haircuts, not to mention our enjoyable conversations! Their new salon is aesthetically pleasing, cozy, and inviting. It's a pleasure to have a personalized experience with my favorite stylist! Keep up the fantastic work, Kim!
