It pains me to have to pen this review, especially knowing the struggles small businesses have faced in the past year. However, I believe it's crucial to share my experience to assist others. I scheduled an appointment for a fill, and upon arrival at the salon, it was evident that the technician lacked experience working with acrylics. She repeatedly used the wrong tools, requiring constant correction from another technician on the floor. While I understand everyone must start somewhere, it was inappropriate for them to assign this individual, with no prior experience, to do my nails, especially after I had made a specific appointment for the service. The appointment lasted 2 HOURS!!! Unfortunately, most of my nails are now crooked. Despite my polite attempts to point out the issue during the appointment, the technician's continued use of the wrong tools prevented her from rectifying the situation, and I eventually gave up. I was charged the full price for this appointment, which is completely unacceptable, particularly considering my dissatisfaction and the excessive duration of the appointment. If you have acrylic nails, I recommend either scheduling with an experienced technician you trust or seeking services elsewhere.
The most exquisite Nail Salon I've visited since the pandemic.
I shall not return. I felt such dismay at the dip polish outcome. Application was thick and uneven. The final result had multiple flaws. The nail technician accidentally cut my skin on my pinky finger with the drill. She contaminated the powder by dipping my injured finger into the entire container of powdered polish. Then used the brush to dust off the powder. She returned them all to a drawer at the front desk without cleaning any of it or discarding the powder.
