The proprietor possesses extensive expertise and proficiency in all hair and skin treatments. I am certain to revisit and wholeheartedly endorse her services. I opted for a haircut and perm (a rarity these days), and the outcome was flawless.
I strongly advise against visiting the salon unless absolutely necessary! Upon our arrival, we presented Sylvia with a clear picture of the haircut we desired, as well as the specific low lights we were expecting. However, she failed to deliver on our requests. Instead of achieving the look we wanted, she ended up giving me a mullet-style haircut that looks uneven and choppy. If she felt incapable of meeting our expectations, she should have communicated that from the outset, rather than surprising us with additional charges. It wasn't until the end of the appointment, when we inquired about the extra fees, that she mentioned using additional products. This crucial information should have been disclosed at the beginning of the service. This has been my most disappointing salon experience, and I have no intention of returning.
