I had an appointment with Chrissy and she exceeded my expectations. It's been over a decade since my last haircut due to a bad experience. I'm certain everyone at the salon does great work, but Chrissy has won me over as a long-term client. I appreciate her guidance and the exceptional service. I truly enjoyed the entire experience. Even my spouse loved my new haircut, despite not wanting it too short. I've received numerous compliments on my hair. I absolutely love it.
I walked in as a client and was extremely satisfied with how my hair turned out (it's usually challenging to work with as it doesn't hold color well and is thick). My hair remained soft and undamaged after coloring, and the customer service from each stylist in the salon made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
