My interaction with Dr. Kaur and her nurse Michelle was exceptional. I am immensely grateful for their care. Seeking treatment for a torn Achilles tendon and potential ankle fractures, I currently find myself unable to bear weight on either foot. Nurse Michelle went above and beyond by assisting me into a wheelchair from my car. Dr. Kaur's compassionate approach, attentive listening, and thorough responses to my concerns were exactly what I needed. Michelle even took the time to instruct my caregiver on safe lifting techniques. Their support has been a lifeline, and I am deeply appreciative of having such dedicated healthcare professionals nearby.
After experiencing the theft of my car, purse, and phone last week, I reached out to inquire about a possible appointment this week. The response I received from the call service was less than helpful, as I was directed to contact the office the next morning for information. When I questioned the purpose of the call service, the agent mentioned it was for emergencies. Surprised, I recalled being advised at the start to dial 911 in case of an emergency, to which there was no response. As a result, I remain in the dark regarding my appointment status.
