If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Terrible customer service experience as a minor, being shouted at by two adults. Went with a friend for a graduation and school dance nail appointment. The nails ended up thick and painful after 20 minutes of filing. Showed a picture of a simple French tip, but it was not executed well. Paid $98 with a forced $12 tip. Left briefly to decide what to do about the bad nails, returned to discuss with a staff member who made me wait 2 hours for a fix. Upon return, faced more yelling from the nail technician and another staff member. Insisted on a refund or redo, but was met with aggression during the removal process. Owner refused a refund, offered to redo nails with a different technician 35 minutes away, causing inconvenience. Second attempt resulted in bleeding from aggressive nail cutting. Unacceptable service overall.
Scheduled a 6 PM appointment to see a specific nail technician from the Fei Fei location. Arrived on time but had to wait 10 minutes before being attended to. The technician I requested was occupied with another client. Eventually, an older staff member began my service, removing old gel polish. Raised concerns about the delay and lack of communication regarding the change in technician. Disappointed with the overall service quality and lack of attention to detail in the manicure. Sloppy polishing and missed spots were evident, highlighting the lack of professionalism in the salon. Disappointing experience overall, reflecting poorly on the salon's standards.
I rate this establishment 3 stars due to inadequate cuticle prep during my nail service, resulting in a crusty appearance. Paid $52 for the service. The salon is clean and staff are welcoming, but the quality of nail work was unsatisfactory. Nails appeared messy just 2 hours post-service, especially the thumb nail.
