If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Terrible customer service experience as a minor, being shouted at by two adults. Went with a friend for a graduation and school dance nail appointment. The nails ended up thick and painful after 20 minutes of filing. Showed a picture of a simple French tip, but it was not executed well. Paid $98 with a forced $12 tip. Left briefly to decide what to do about the bad nails, returned to discuss with a staff member who made me wait 2 hours for a fix. Upon return, faced more yelling from the nail technician and another staff member. Insisted on a refund or redo, but was met with aggression during the removal process. Owner refused a refund, offered to redo nails with a different technician 35 minutes away, causing inconvenience. Second attempt resulted in bleeding from aggressive nail cutting.
