I had to wait for 30 minutes with my 3-year-old daughter, only to be told that she was too small to sit in the kids' chair, despite her sitting there during our last visit. So, she had to sit on my lap while I got my pedicure, and they only polished her nails. It was a ridiculous experience, and after this, we won't be returning.
I recently got a new full set of nails done, and I must say, I was quite disappointed. The nails are uneven, the cuticles were not properly filed or pushed back, and the shape doesn't match my natural nail shape. Overall, it was a sloppy job, especially considering I paid over $120 for it.
I took my daughter here for her birthday nails, and the lady who did them was so nice. She even gave us a discount because of the special occasion. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back again.
