Ben and his spouse are exceptional! Despite my impromptu visit later in the day, they were incredibly patient and welcoming. This will now be my go-to spot for nail services! I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Their professionalism and quality of work are top-notch. Thank you so much for everything!
The ambiance here is great, but the service for a full set was subpar. I specifically asked the Nail technician for nails with slightly straighter corners and less width. However, the nails turned out thick, and she neglected to wash my hands. After applying cuticle oil, she left my nails in a messy state at check out. When I brought up the issue to the man at the front, he assured me it wouldn't take long to fix. The initial technician attempted to rectify the situation but only made it worse; my nail polish chipped, and my fingers were sore from excessive filing. The pink nails show the shape I requested, while the others are mine.
This is by far the best nail set I've ever had! I've visited numerous salons in the area and always felt rushed during the process. Luckily, Mrs. S did my nails, and I'll be scheduling all my future appointments with her. The attention to detail was exceptional. Each nail was meticulously crafted to perfection. You've gained a loyal customer! If you're in search of a talented nail tech, Mrs. S is the one to go to!
